As their odd friendship blossoms, Margueritte shares her passion with Germain, teaching him as she reads aloud. As time passes and Margueritte's eyes begin to fail, Germain returns the favor, brining books and reading alive for her. Become an AFA member and join us for Club de Lecture on February 24th at 2pm to discuss this beautiful novel.
