Pascal's Catering Company

 

The name Pascal Jeannin, owner and executive chef of Pascal’s Catering, is associated with some of the finest catered events in Austin. Chef Pascal is a native of the Burgundy region of France, land of legendary cuisine and fabled vintages. After graduating first in his class in 1978 from the Simon Weil School of Hotel and Culinary Sciences in Dijon, France, he began his professional career in Paris. Pascal arrived in Austin in 1983. The following year, he founded Pâté du Bistrot, a wholesale manufacturing business specializing in authentic French style pâtés, terrines, and sausages. In 1995, Pascal ventured into catering full time. The business grew by leaps and bounds, fueled by wor of mouth from pleased customers. Pascal has participated in the Alliance Française’s Bastille Day Celebration at the French Legation for the past ten years.
