GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY:

This Policy shall be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States of America, regardless of the place of its execution or performance and any conflicts of law analysis. THE PARTIES IRREVOCABLY AGREE, CONSENT AND OTHERWISE SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF A COURT OF APPROPRIATE JURISDICTION LOCATED IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR THE ADJUDICATION OF ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS POLICY.
If any term or condition of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then said term or condition shall be severed from this Privacy Policy and the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT MINORS:

If You are under the age of eighteen (18) years, then You are strictly prohibited from accessing or making any use of the Site or any other goods or services provided or to be provided under or in connection with the Site or this Policy.
